Shipping Policy

Within the 48 Contiguous Unites States:

Trax clients enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $99 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling less than $99 not including shipping costs and taxes, and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, a flat-rate shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied. Estimated shipping time is 6-14 business days.

Express shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

For your convenience, we also offer Express delivery, which costs $35.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ship all Express orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, on the same day. All Express orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day. Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods or promotions, but we'll try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Shipping to Canada:

Shipping to Canada is available for $11.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 6-11 business days. No duties will be charged. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you haven't received your order after 6-14 business days, please give us a call for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping on orders delivered to Canada.

EXCHANGES POLICY

For contiguous United States returns:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 30 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All exchanges are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a local shipping carrier. An $6.95 per order shipping and handling fee applies to exchanges sent. All exchanges must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.

We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to exchange them. Handbags, jewelry sets, and fashion accessories are all final sale.  All shoes must also be exchanged unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that clearance sale merchandise cannot be exchanged. Trax reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

Trax offers two return options: (1) free return for Trax store credit; (2) = free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).
